With more than 30 years of experience in healthcare, health promotion and human wellbeing, Sofia Nordgren has lectured and worked with companies, municipalities, healthcare organisations and international audiences.
Her work spans holistic and mental health, workplace wellbeing, leadership, organisational development, resilience, personal development, identity, inclusion and human rights. As an intercountry adoptee from Bangladesh, Sofia also brings lived experience and nearly three decades of engagement in intercountry adoption, exploring questions of identity, belonging, origins, family separation and human rights.
Sofia is a contributing author to several books and anthologies and has been featured in Swedish and international media through articles, interviews, podcasts and speaking engagements.
